CCT owns 9 premier commercial assets in the Centre Business District and Downtown Core of Singapore.

In Malaysia, CCT has a 30% stake in Quill Capital Trust, a commercial REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, which owns two commercial properties in Kuala Lumpur and four business park properties in Cyberjaya.

CCT has also committed to a 7.4% stake in Malaysia Commercial Development Fund, CapitaLand's first and largest private real estate fund.
