CCT owns 10 premier commercial assets and one property under development in the Downtown Core of Singapore.

In Malaysia, CCT has a 30% stake in Quill Capital Trust, a commercial REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, which owns nine commercial properties in Malaysia.

CCT has also committed to a 7.4% stake in Malaysia Commercial Development Fund, CapitaLand's first and largest private real estate fund.
