On 3 May 2007, over 200 guests enjoyed an elegant evening of cocktails, dinner and theatre at the Raffles Hotel. Hosted by CCT for tenants and their guests, dinner was a satisfying sit-down affair, followed by the West End comedy "Relatively Speaking" by Alan Ayckbourn which had the audience in stitches of laughter.

Guests enjoyed pre-dinner drinks amidst light-hearted conversations.

CCT tenants were kept busy during their lunch hour with a series of talks specially organised for them. The first, held in March this year, was presented by American International Group, Inc on the latest trends for employee benefits. In May, American Express presented a parenting talk on "Maximizing the Potential of Your Child and Raising a High EQ Child".

More recently, aesthetic medical skincare clinic Senses Renaza, presented a talk on the latest laser technology and treatment for skin problems such as enlarged pores, acne spots and scars, melasma, aged skin and fine wrinkles. The talk held on 12 July 2007, drew an attentive crowd of about 40 ladies.

Tenants were treated to the blockbuster action-thriller movie The Bourne Ultimatum, a sequel to The Bourne Supremacy and the third film of the Bourne Trilogy on 17 August 2007. It stars Matt Damon reprising his role as Robert Ludlum´s character, CIA assassin Jason Bourne. More than 200 tenants and their guests packed GV Plaza Singapura for an evening of thrills and spills.
